It has long been in Russia that buckwheat has been tormented in the oven. The thing is that the cooking temperature in a multicooker is similar to that in a Russian stove, there is also no boiling here, the porridge simply languishes slowly. Such mild conditions are able to fully reveal the taste of the cereal and retain its original shape. The cooking process takes place without interference, no one opens the lid, the steam remains inside, and the porridge itself does not mix. That is why ordinary buckwheat turns out to be so tasty!

Give preference to light-colored cereals. The delicate creamy color of the grains indicates that the groats underwent minimal heat treatment during the production process. This means that it has retained the maximum amount of vitamins and minerals that buckwheat contains in huge quantities.
