Combine kefir with egg, sugar, a pinch of salt, mix thoroughly.

Pour soda into the mass, add vegetable oil. Add sifted flour, knead the dough. It should be smooth and easy to get out of hand.

Divide the dough into two, roll each into a layer about one centimeter thick.

Cut circles out of the dough with a mug, make a notch inside each circle with a glass. Reuse the leftover dough to make donuts.
