Everyone is thirsty, especially during the hot season. And children who do not sit still are even more thirsty. Of course, there is a huge selection of drinks in the store now, but their health benefits, especially for children, are very doubtful. Try making homemade drinks yourself - they are both healthier and tastier than purchased ones.
Instructions
Step 1
Various drinking yoghurts are often advertised on TV. They can be easily made at home. For this you need kefir and jam. Your favorite jam, a little sugar and a little warm water are added to ordinary kefir. If you strain the resulting yogurt and pour it into a bottle, then the child will not distinguish it from the one bought in the store.
Step 2
Often children are not very fond of milk. But it is very useful for the child's body. You can make a cocktail with your own hands that will definitely suit your baby's taste. Mash one chopped banana in a blender. Pour in half a liter of warm milk, you can add a spoonful of honey or syrup for taste. Whisk for a minute, then pour into glasses.
Step 3
In the cold season, the drink should not only quench your thirst, but also warm you up. This is best done with traditional cocoa brewed according to a traditional recipe. To do this, cocoa powder is ground with a small amount of milk and sugar, then poured with the required amount of hot milk and cooked on the stove over low heat until boiling. Such cocoa can be drunk in winter with added yolk or cream, and in summer with ice cream.
