Chicken twists are not at all complicated and very tasty dish. The minced meat wrapped in chicken fillet is fried and then slightly stewed. Minced meat for turns can be mixed, for example, chicken and pork.

  • - dill and parsley greens - 1 branch each;
  • - vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;
  • - breadcrumbs;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs;
  • - seasoning for chicken;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - chicken breast - 1 pc;
  • - onions - 1 pc;
  • - mixed minced meat (pork and chicken) - 500 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Add onion grated on a medium grater to the minced meat, pepper and salt, add seasonings. Mix the minced meat well and then beat off. Wet your hands and make oblong blanks for turns.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into large pieces and beat them into thin plates with a special hammer, it can be either wooden or metal. Chipping must be done through the film.

Step 3

Wrap the prepared minced oblong pieces with chicken chops. Since they hold well, they do not need to be tied or secured with anything.

Step 4

Beat the eggs in a bowl and prepare the breadcrumbs in another plate. Dip the curls first in eggs, and then in crackers. Roll them well, from all sides.

Step 5

Preheat a skillet with butter and fry the chicken curls on all sides of the pan.

Step 6

Next, place the fried rolls on a baking sheet. Pour 150 ml of water into the pan, rinse the container and pour the water into the baking sheet.

Step 7

Preheat oven to 180oC, place a baking sheet with chicken curls inside and bake for half an hour.

Step 8

Sprinkle the finished chicken curls with finely chopped herbs and serve along with a side dish of boiled pasta, potatoes, rice or buckwheat porridge.
