  • - flour - 300 g;
  • - margarine - 50 g;
  • - egg - 1 pc.;
  • - sugar - 90 g;
  • - salt - 1 pinch;
  • - yeast - 10 g;
  • - milk - 8 tbsp. spoons;
  • For filling:
  • - nuts - 120 g;
  • - sugar - 70 g;
  • - margarine - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - vanilla sugar - 0.5 sachets.
  • For glaze:
  • - icing sugar - 150 g;
  • - lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - melted butter - 1 tbsp. the spoon.

Instructions

Step 1

We remove the margarine from the refrigerator in advance so that it softens. We dilute the yeast in warm milk. Stir the egg with a fork, cut the soft margarine into small pieces. Sift flour through a sieve, add yeast starter culture, egg, margarine, salt and sugar. We knead a homogeneous, plastic dough. We put it in a saucepan, cover with a lid and put it in a warm place (about 30 degrees) for an hour and a half.

For the filling, you can use any nuts to your taste. We peel them, grind them with a rolling pin or in a mortar. Mix with sugar, put in a pan and fry a little until golden brown. Stir in vanilla sugar. Then we add a little water so that we get a non-liquid viscous mass.

Step 3

Take out the dough that has come up from the pan, knead it again and roll it into a layer 0.5 cm thick. We cut triangles of approximately the same size. Melt the margarine and grease the triangles with it, then lay out the nut filling and roll the bagels.

Step 4

Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave for 20 minutes to allow the dough to come up a little more. Then we bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes - until the bagels are browned.

Step 5

For the glaze, slightly heat the butter on the stove. Sift the icing sugar and squeeze 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into it. Combine with butter and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Step 6

Remove the finished bagels from the oven, let them cool slightly and grease with lemon glaze.
