Chicken thighs often help out any housewife both on holidays and on weekdays. There are a lot of cooking options - they go to fillings, soups, terrines. The easiest way is to bake the thighs as an independent dish or immediately with a side dish.

- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- grapefruit or orange - 1 piece;
- dry wine - 1/2 cup;
- spices to taste;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Make a marinade from wine and juice of half a grapefruit, add salt, pepper and any spices to your taste. Use the juice of half an orange if the wine tastes too sour. It goes well with chicken marjoram, coriander, thyme, turmeric, red ground pepper, of which one or two spices to choose from. You can use chicken seasoning.
Step 2
Pour the marinade over thawed and washed chicken thighs and leave for 1 hour, or better overnight. During this time, the chicken meat is saturated with marinade and acquires a noble refined taste and aroma.

Place the thighs on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, brush them with herbal oil on top and dust them with flour for a beautiful golden brown crust. Place in an oven with a temperature of 200 degrees and bake the dish for 30-40 minutes. Check the readiness at the end of cooking by piercing the thigh with a knife, if a light liquid flows out, it means that the meat is ready, and if the ichor - hold it in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Serve the cooked baked thighs on lettuce with fresh vegetables such as cucumber and tomato salad. This dish is perfect for a big celebration and dear guests.
