It is necessary

  • - 950 g minced meat (pork + beef);
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - salt;
  • - hops-suneli;
  • - 30 g of mustard;
  • - bread crumbs.
  • - For filling:
  • - 650 g of mushrooms;
  • - 220 g of onions;
  • - 20 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - 50 g of mayonnaise;
  • - 145 g of cheese.

Instructions

Step 1

Transfer the minced meat to a container and mix thoroughly with salt and pepper, add eggs, mustard and refrigerate for about 35 minutes.

Step 2

Chop the onion and mushrooms, then fry them in sunflower oil.

Step 3

Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with oil and covering with parchment paper for baking.

Step 4

Roll the chilled minced meat into balls the size of a small apple, roll each in breadcrumbs and transfer to a baking sheet.

Step 5

Make small indentations in each meatball so that they become nest-like in shape.

Step 6

Soak the bottom of each nest with mayonnaise, put the mushroom filling in them and sprinkle with a little grated cheese on top.

Step 7

Cover the nests with foil on top and send to bake in the oven for 35 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
