Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potato tubers;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • frozen corn;
  • tomato ketchup;
  • salt;
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour;
  • 100 g of balyk;
  • olives;
  • frozen asparagus;
  • sunflower oil (preferably odorless).

Preparation:

  1. The first thing you should do is make a "potato dough". Wash the potato tubers well and place them in a saucepan without peeling them. Pour water into a saucepan and place it on a hot stove. Cook potatoes until cooked. After that, it is taken out of the water and cooled slightly. Then remove the peel from the tubers and grind them with a coarse grater.
  2. In the resulting potato mass, you need to break the egg, add salt and flour. After that, you need to thoroughly knead this "dough".
  3. Pour a small amount of sunflower oil into a frying pan and place it on a hot stove. When the oil gets hot, spoon the potato mass into the pan and flatten it so that it looks like a flat cake.
  4. When the resulting cake is browned on one side, it should be turned over to the other, but this must be done very carefully. This is best done using a large flat plate. Just gently flip the skillet over this plate so that the tortilla falls into it. After that, place the cake again in the frying pan, removed from the heat, with the side you want.
  5. The browned side of the cake should be coated with tomato ketchup, and then the filling should be placed on its surface in layers. The first layer will consist of a balyk cut into thin pieces. Then the corn is poured out evenly. Then everything is sprinkled with pre-grated cheese and decorated with olives cut in half and, if desired, herbs.
  6. After the pizza is formed, it should be placed back on the stove. At the same time, reduce the fire to the very minimum. After the cheese has melted, you can remove the pan from the stove and cut the pizza into portions.
