Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Cut the brisket into pieces, put it in a hot frying pan, fry with the onion.
Step 3
Put the finished peas to the fried smoked brisket and onion, salt. Stir all the ingredients, keep on light heat for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Smoked brisket can be replaced with smoked ribs. While applying them, dip the ribs into the pot of peas at the same time. Having taken out the boiled ribs, separate the meat from them, then fry it in vegetable oil along with onions.
