During cold weather these hot cocktails will perfectly warm and strengthen the immune system!
1. Milk tea and ginger
For cooking you will need:
- 40 g of ginger root;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 200 ml of water;
- 4 tablespoons Sahara;
- 2 tbsp. black tea.
Peel the ginger root and cut finely. Put in a saucepan, cover with water and milk, add sugar and black tea. Let it boil, remove from heat, leave for 20 minutes. Strain, cup and enjoy!
2. Mexican hot chocolate
You will need:
- 600 ml of milk;
- 100 g of black chocolate;
- 1 tsp Sahara;
- 2 sticks of cinnamon;
- a pinch of salt;
- 2 eggs.
Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Break the chocolate into pieces and put in the milk. While stirring, wait until it dissolves. Then add sugar and cinnamon, salt and, boiling for another 2 minutes over low heat, remove the pan from heat. Shake two eggs and add a thin stream to the chocolate, stirring it vigorously. Strain and serve!
3. Vodka with honey and ginger
This drink perfectly helps to resist the first symptoms of a cold, if, of course, you use it without fanaticism.
You will need:
- 50 ml of vodka;
- 1 tsp natural honey;
- a couple of ice cubes;
- a slice of peeled ginger root for decoration.
To prepare a drink, simply mix all the ingredients in a glass!
