You have a ready-made yeast-free puff pastry at home, but you do not know what to make from it? Not a problem. Make a delicious mascarpone dessert. The cakes are very soft, tender and truly summery.
It is necessary
- - 200 g puff yeast-free dough
- - 250 g mascarpone cheese
- - 2 eggs (you only need yolks)
- - 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
- - 200 g strawberries
- - 50 g of currants
- - 50 g blueberries
- - 50 g raspberries
- - powdered sugar and mint for decoration
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the finished dough from the package, roll it out thinly if not rolled out. Cut the layer into small squares. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, sprinkle the baking sheet with flour, and put the finished squares into it. Place the mold with the dough in the oven for 13 minutes, after which, after turning off the oven, leave the dough inside to cool without opening the door so that the dough does not fall off.
Step 2
Wash all berries, process them and pat dry on a paper towel. Cut the strawberries into small cubes on a cutting board.
Step 3
Whisk the yolks and sugar until whitened and raised. Put the mass in a small saucepan and put in a water bath, whisking constantly. After the mass has warmed up, remove it from the heat and cover with cling film. Wait until the mass has cooled down a little, remove the cling film from it and add the mascarpone to it, whisk everything thoroughly. The mascarpone dessert cream is ready, now you can start collecting the cakes.
Step 4
On a large dish, put half the squares of the finished dough, brush them with a generous layer of cream, then lay out the layers of strawberries, currants, blueberries, raspberries, and then brush with cream again and cover with the dough. Dessert with mascarpone is ready.
