 - - feta cheese - 50 g;

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes with water and boil in salted water until tender. Cool, peel and grate on a fine grater.
Step 2
Divide the egg into white and yolk. Whisk the whites into a firm foam. Add cream to the yolk and beat with a mixer.
Step 3
Wash the bell pepper. Remove stalk and seeds. Cut into small cubes.
Step 4
Combine grated potatoes, cheese, bell peppers, melted butter and whipped egg white. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
