- - 100 grams of any hard cheese;
- - 1 large tomato;
- - 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise;
- - 1-2 cloves of garlic.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare vegetables. A large, ripe tomato must be washed thoroughly and then cut in two and removed from the tough core. After that, the remaining pulp should be cut into small square slices.
Step 2
Garlic is finely chopped with a knife or simply grated. If the house has a special garlic press, then you can use it as well.
Step 3
Next, hard cheese is grated on a coarse grater and mixed with tomatoes and garlic. Juice from a tomato that has been released during the slicing process can also be added to this delicious savory mixture.
Step 4
In order to make the resulting pasta easier to spread on a sandwich, add a little mayonnaise to it. The dish is almost ready. In general, mayonnaise is already initially salty, but if necessary, you can also add a little salt to the mixture.
Step 5
It remains only to grease the loaf with cheese and tomato paste and bake the finished dish. To do this, pieces of loaf are laid out on a baking sheet and baked slightly at a minimum temperature.
