In order to prepare a simple but very tasty dessert and please ourselves and our household, we need cottage cheese. This is the main ingredient, so special attention should be paid to its choice, it should not be too fatty or very sour. So, cottage cheese - 400 gr., Rice, pre-boiled - 100-150 gr., A can of condensed milk, it's good if it is without vegetable fats, gelatin - 25 gr., And various fruits or berries. You can cut them into arbitrary pieces, or you can not add anything, then we use simple sugar to make the dessert sweet. If you have a sweet tooth, add more sugar.
Take a deep bowl and lay out cottage cheese, rice, condensed milk and fruits (if you use them) or sugar - to taste. Stir until smooth. We dilute the gelatin - fill it with a glass of water (cold) and put it on a very low heat. After the gelatin has completely dissolved, remove it from the stove, let it cool, and pour it into our mass. Mix well again and pour into a container.
