    • 4 peaches;
    • 200 ml heavy cream;
    • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
    • Complex Fruit Salad:
    • 200 g strawberries;
    • 2 kiwi;
    • 1 large pear;
    • 2 oranges;
    • 0.5 cups of sugar;
    • 0.5 cups of water;
    • a handful of pine nuts;
    • a sprig of fresh mint.
    • Strawberry and Melon Salad:
    • 1 melon;
    • 300 g strawberries;
    • icing sugar to taste;
    • a sprig of mint.

Instructions

Step 1

Make a refreshing strawberry and peach salad. Rinse and dry the berries, blanch the peaches in boiling water, remove the skin, cut in half and remove the seeds. Set aside a third of the berries and cut them into quarters. Cut the peaches into thin slices. Put strawberries in bowls, place peaches on top. Place the dessert in the cold for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Put the remaining berries in a nylon strainer and rub with a wooden spoon, turning them into a puree. Add powdered sugar to the mass and mix thoroughly. Whip the cream into a strong foam. Pour strawberry sauce over the cooked fruit. Gently place the cream in a tall cap on top of each serving.

Step 3

Try a multi-ingredient fruit and strawberry salad. Boil the syrup first. Put sugar in a saucepan, add water and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil and, stirring occasionally, cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove syrup from heat and cool.

Step 4

Peel pears, kiwis and oranges. Cut the pears and kiwi into very thin slices, free the oranges from the films and divide the slices in half. Place the fruit in a deep clear glass bowl and add the quartered strawberries. Stir the salad and top it with the chilled syrup. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Step 5

The salad with strawberries and melons is also very quick to prepare. Cut a small round melon with fragrant flesh (for example, cantaloupe) in half, remove the seeds with a round spoon, and scoop out the flesh in the form of balls. Scrape off the remaining pulp by turning the halves into salad containers. The edges can be cut into petals using a sharp vegetable knife.

Step 6

Cut the strawberries in half, mix with melon balls and place in prepared bowls. Decorate the salad with fresh mint leaves and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
