Meat dishes are an integral part of any festive table. There are many different ways to prepare tender and juicy meat with exquisite taste and unique aroma. One of these methods is a recipe for a meat dish with pineapples.
Oven baked meat with pineapple
Required Ingredients:
- 500 g of meat (chicken, pork, beef);
- 400 g of cheese;
- 3 heads of onions;
- 1 can of canned pineapples;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;
- mayonnaise;
- salt, black pepper to taste.
Preparation
Rinse the meat, cut into medium-sized pieces and beat. Place the pieces of meat in a small enamel pan, add salt, black pepper, lemon juice and vegetable oil, then close the lid and put the pan in the refrigerator (pork and chicken are marinated for about 2 hours, and it is better to leave the beef overnight). Grate the cheese with a medium-sized nozzle. Cut the onions into half rings and place on a baking sheet. Put pieces of meat on a layer of onions, greasing it with mayonnaise. Cut canned pineapples into small pieces and place on top of the meat. Grease the pineapple layer with the remaining mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Fried meat with pineapple sauce
Required Ingredients:
- 250 g pork;
- half a head of onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 60 g canned pineapple;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste or ketchup;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sesame oil;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- 4 tbsp. spoons of starch;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 0.5 teaspoons of ground ginger;
- vegetable oil;
- salt to taste.
Preparation
Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces. Then mix in a separate bowl 4 tbsp. spoons of water, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of starch and 1 teaspoon of salt. Dip the breaded meat and fry on both sides until tender. Grate vegetables (carrots, onions and garlic) on a coarse grater and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and add it to the pan with the fried vegetables. In a separate bowl, mix 1 tbsp. starch with 0.5 cups of water, adding soy sauce, sesame oil, tomato paste, ground ginger and pineapple syrup to the mixture. Pour the resulting sauce into a frying pan with vegetables, add pieces of fried meat and simmer the mixture until it boils.
Oven baked chicken fillet with pineapple and cheese
Required Ingredients:
- 6-10 pcs. chicken thighs (depending on the number of servings);
- 250-300 g of cheese;
- 1 box of chicken spice mix;
- 1 can of canned pineapples;
- mayonnaise;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation
Remove the bone from the chicken thighs and cut the fillets in half. Season the pieces of meat with salt and spices, coat with mayonnaise and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. On a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, put pieces of chicken meat, on top of each piece, put a slice of pineapple, sprinkle everything with grated cheese and set the dish to bake for 40 minutes, preheating the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees.
