Instructions

Step 1

According to its characteristics, "Snezhok" is a liquid fermented milk product with berry-fruit aroma, sweetish taste and uniform delicate texture. It contains a large number of live bifidobacteria, which makes it as useful as possible for the gastrointestinal tract and immunity. In addition to bifidocultures from yoghurt sourdough, Snezhka also contains sugar and skimmed whole milk, which saturates the body with calcium.

Step 2

For the production of "Snezhka", a sourdough from pure cultures of thermophilic streptococcus is used, to which a Bulgarian stick and fruit and berry syrup are added. The result is a high-quality dietary product, the regular use of which allows you to improve the course of metabolic processes, increase the production of gastric juice and reduce the level of putrefactive microflora in the intestine. Due to these properties, the Snezhok fermented milk drink has long been recognized by nutritionists as one of the most useful milk-based drinks.

Step 3

To prepare "Snowball" at home, you will need 150 ml of yoghurt starter culture, the shelf life of which is no more than seven days and 1 liter of hot boiled milk. Milk is poured into a sterilized container of suitable size, cooled to 38-39 degrees, leaven is added and mixed. The container is covered, wrapped and left to ferment for twenty-four hours. Then the leaven is placed in the refrigerator for three to four hours. It is advisable to consume the finished drink within two days, since it quickly loses its beneficial properties.

Step 4

If desired, during the preparation of "Snezhka", you can add any fruit or berry filling with a small amount of sweetener to the yoghurt starter culture - these components will give the drink a pleasant, delicate taste that will please even the smallest children. When using fillers of different colors, you can make a beautiful layered "Snowball" by pouring multi-colored thick layers into tall transparent glasses, having previously mixed and cooled each layer so that it does not mix with the previous one.
