Ice and fire, it would seem, are incompatible things, but a lot is possible in cooking, including making an extraordinary dessert - fried ice cream
It is necessary
- - vanilla ice cream - 0.5 kg;
- - egg - 2 pcs.;
- - milk - 1 tablespoon of milk;
- - corn flakes - 4 cups;
- - coconut flakes - 1 glass;
- - cinnamon -1 teaspoon;
- - chocolate syrup;
- - whipped cream - 200 g;
- - chocolate chips - 1 tablespoon;
- - vegetable oil - 1 glass.
Instructions
Step 1
Use a spoon to scoop up vanilla ice cream balls, place them on a plate and place them in the freezer for about 12 hours to freeze them properly.
Step 2
Place cornflakes, coconut flakes, and cinnamon powder in a plastic bag. Tie and roll with a rolling pin until the contents become a homogeneous mixture. Place the mixture on a plate.
Step 3
Mix two eggs with milk. Whisk the mixture for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Remove a scoop of ice cream from the freezer. Roll it in crumbs. Then dip in egg and milk mass and dip again in cornflakes with coconut and cinnamon.
Step 5
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it over high heat. Dip the ball into deep fat and fry on all sides for no more than 10-15 minutes. Try not to fry for longer as the ice cream may simply melt.
Step 6
As soon as the ball is covered with a golden crust, immediately remove it with a slotted spoon and place it on a plate. Sear the remaining portions and serve the dessert with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and chocolate chips.
