It is necessary

  • - milk 1 liter
  • - sugar 2 cups
  • - butter 100 g
  • - starch 1 tsp.
  • - yolks 5 pcs.
  • - cherry, banana - any filler

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the milk into a saucepan, put on the stove, turn the heat to medium so that the milk does not run away while other foods are being prepared.

Step 2

Wash the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Take another bowl, put yolks, sugar and starch in it. All must be mixed thoroughly. It is to mix, and not beat until a thick sugar mass is obtained. The consistency of the mass should resemble porridge.

Step 3

Add butter to warmed milk (namely warm, not boiled). Stir everything until the butter melts and becomes a homogeneous mass with milk. You should not violate the proportions and put more oil than indicated in the recipe, violate the recipe only in the smaller direction, otherwise the ice cream will taste like butter.

Step 4

A few tablespoons of warm milk with butter should be poured into the egg-sugar mass. Mix everything thoroughly. Warm milk will help dissolve the sugar faster. The consistency of the mass should resemble sour cream.

Step 5

When the milk boils, gradually pour a mixture of eggs and sugar into it in a thin stream. At the same time, do not forget to constantly stir the milk, otherwise the mixture will burn or curl up into lumps. Stir until the milk boils again. After boiling, after literally 10 - 15 seconds, turn off the heat.

Step 6

Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool naturally to about 40 degrees, so that everything can be put in the refrigerator without harm to the freezer. Pour the future ice cream into any convenient molds.

Step 7

The molds filled with milk mixture are sent to the freezer for 6 - 8 hours. After this time, ice cream can be served.
