If you want to please your loved ones with something tasty, cook chicken breasts in wine sauce. The dish turns out to be very juicy and appetizing, exuding a pleasant aroma, thanks to which one wants to taste it as soon as possible.

- potatoes - 400 g;
- milk - 1.5 l;
- butter - 25 g;
- egg yolk - 1 pc.;
- chicken fillet 200 g;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable broth - 100 ml;
- Riesling - 150 ml;
- cream - 150 ml;
- champignons - 250 g;
- capers - 2 tbsp l.;
- wine - ½ tbsp.;
- marjoram;
- Bay leaf;
- pepper;
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes thoroughly in warm running water, peel them, cut into small cubes and boil until tender in salted water. Cool slightly and mince. Add milk, half butter, egg yolk and pepper to the resulting mashed potatoes. Mix everything thoroughly and put in a pastry bag. Put the potatoes in the form of spirals on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and place in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly in cold water, let dry or blot with a clean paper towel and fry on both sides in a frying pan in vegetable oil until half cooked. Then pour in the broth, wine, cream and stir. Add bay leaves, a couple of marjoram sprigs, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Then season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Peel the mushrooms, rinse under running water, cut into small cubes and fry in a pan in butter for 5-7 minutes. Add capers, pepper, salt and stir.
Step 4
Put potatoes, mushrooms, meat cut into small pieces, herbs and vegetable salad seasoned with olive oil on a wide dish.
Step 5
If you wish, you can prepare a creamy sauce in addition to this dish. To do this, in a small cup in equal proportions, thoroughly mix sour cream, meat broth and white wine. Put on low heat, and while stirring constantly, heat slightly. The sauce should be smooth. Serve it separately, or pour it over the finished dish.
