  • 300 grams of parmesan,
  • 4 chicken breasts,
  • 4 tomatoes,
  • 15 grams of basil.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken breast well, dry it (remove the skin if desired). Cut into portions.

Step 2

Wash the potatoes, you do not need to peel them. Cut the potatoes into 2-4 pieces or circles.

Step 3

Rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds, cut into thin strips. Cut the peeled onion into half rings. Cut the garlic cloves into slices.

Step 4

Combine potatoes in a cup with onions, bell peppers, garlic, olive oil (2 tablespoons, you can substitute vegetable oil), salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Place a sheet of foil in an ovenproof dish. Place the potato / bell pepper mixture on the foil.

Bake the potatoes in the oven for half an hour. The potatoes should be soft. After 15 minutes, gently stir the contents of the form with a spatula. Transfer the cooked potatoes with bell pepper to a dish.
