There are many pizza recipes, but this one is one of the best. For the preparation of the filling, not only sausage and cheese are used here, but also minced meat, as well as fresh mushrooms. The pizza turns out to be incredibly tasty and aromatic.
Ingredients:
- Ready-made pizza dough - 250 g;
- Sausage (salami or any uncooked smoked) - 60-100 g;
- Tomato sauce or fresh ripe tomatoes;
- Cheese - 250 g;
- Minced meat - 250-300 g;
- Fresh champignons - 150 g;
- Pickled cucumbers (gherkins) - 4 pcs;
- Greens to taste.
Preparation:
- First, you need to prepare the dough. For its preparation, you can use absolutely any recipe. You can also use store dough, for example, yeast dough.
- We make a thin cake from the dough using a rolling pin. The thinner it is, the better. Then you need to sprinkle a baking sheet with a small amount of flour and put the rolled dough on it.
- Put the minced meat on the cake as the first layer. The layer should be sufficiently thin and even. The second layer on top of the minced meat is laid out with mushrooms, which should first be washed and cut into thin slices.
- The third layer is thin slices of sausage. Cucumbers cut into circles are laid on top of it. Next, you need to pour the tomato sauce in an even layer or lay thin slices of fresh, ripe tomatoes. Sprinkle finely chopped greens on top as well. Grind the cheese using a grater and leave it in the cup.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the pizza pan in it. After about 15 minutes have passed, take it out of the oven and coat the edges well with melted cow butter. Also, the pizza itself is sprinkled with cheese prepared in advance. The baking tray should be returned to the oven for about five minutes.
Such a delicious, appetizing and not quite ordinary pizza can turn out if you show a little imagination. You can change the ingredients as you like, and add other products if you like.
