It is necessary
- –Potatoes (4-6 pcs.);
- –Carrot (1 pc.);
- -bulb;
- -salt;
- -vegetable oil;
- –Fresh or frozen mushrooms (champignons, honey agarics, oyster mushrooms, porcini, chanterelles);
- - minced meat (60 g);
- -egg.
Instructions
Step 1
Take large potatoes, peel, divide into 2 parts, one of which should be grated on a coarse one, and the other on a fine grater. Mix, salt and leave for a while. Then squeeze the juice released from the vegetable with clean hands and stir again.
Step 2
Thoroughly chop the onion together with the carrots, put in the minced meat, then add the egg. Mix everything and beat off the resulting minced meat with active movements.
Step 3
Pre-cut the mushrooms, brown in a pan. Set aside in a separate bowl to cool. If you are using chanterelles, you can add some paprika to the mushrooms. This will make the zrazy more fragrant.
Step 4
Proceed to the formation of the zraz. To do this, put the potato mass in the palm of your hand, then put the minced meat and mushrooms in the middle with a teaspoon. Gently cover the filling with another layer of potatoes and squeeze with your hands. Make sure that the filling does not go beyond the edges of the zrazy. Avoid making the potato layer too thick, as it will be more difficult for you to completely fry the zrazy.
Step 5
Place the skillet on the hotplate, heat the oil and fry first over high and then over low heat. Remember to cover the pan with a lid so that the inside of the dish is steamed well.
