A simple yet festive salad. To prepare it, you do not need to spend a lot of time, if you stock up on food in advance, then such a delicacy can be cooked once or twice. The salad turns out to be very tasty, and you can serve it with any side dish, even a barbecue. The ingredients are designed for 4 servings, cooking time 45 minutes.

It is necessary

  • - 200 g of boiled sausage,
  • - 150 g of hard cheese,
  • - 2 cucumbers,
  • - 2 eggs,
  • - 30 g green onions,
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil two eggs in advance and cool.

Step 2

Cut the boiled sausage (with or without fat - to taste) into thin strips.

Step 3

To prepare the salad, prepare portioned salad bowls (you can use beautiful cups). Put boiled sausage on the bottom of each salad bowl or cup, brush with mayonnaise. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream. If you wish, add a little salt.

Step 4

Peel the eggs. Then separate the white from the yolk. Coarsely grate the protein and place on a layer of sausage with mayonnaise. Lubricate the proteins.

Step 5

Rinse the cucumbers well, if desired, you can remove the skin. Cut the cucumbers into strips, which you put on a layer of proteins and mayonnaise, no need to grease.

Chop the egg yolks with a fork, put on a layer of cucumbers, brush with mayonnaise.
