These buns are based on yeast dough, so they turn out to be very tasty and fluffy. Buns will be relevant even to the festive table.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 700 g flour;
- - 1 tbsp. l. dry yeast;
- - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- - 250 g of kefir or yogurt;
- - 100 g of warm water;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 1 PC. egg;
- - a pinch of salt.
- For filling:
- - 16 g of cinnamon;
- - 4 tbsp. l. Sahara.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 1 tbsp into a small bowl. l. dry yeast, fill them with 100 g of warm water and stir until the yeast dissolves. Add 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, stir. We remove the bowl to a warm place for 15 minutes. To let the yeast play.
Step 2
Drive 1 egg into a deep container, put sugar 150 g, beat with a spoon or whisk for 5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt, warm kefir or yogurt 250 g, 2 tbsp. l. refined vegetable oil, stir thoroughly and add the blossoming yeast.
Step 3
Add the sifted flour in small portions, knead the dough. The dough turns out to be soft, not sticking a lot to the hands. We put the finished dough back into the cup and put it in a warm place until it rises. After the dough has increased in volume, knead it with your hands and put it back in a warm place until the volume increases.
Step 4
While the dough is rising, we begin to prepare the filling. Pour cinnamon (16 g) into a plate and add 4 tbsp. l. sugar, mix.
Step 5
Sprinkle the workplace with flour and roll out the raised dough with a rolling pin (about 0.5 cm thick), grease the dough with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top of the dough with a spoon.
Step 6
Roll the dough into a roll, cut the roll into small squares.
Step 7
Put on a baking sheet with pre-greased vegetable oil, set the baking sheet in a warm place for 15 minutes, so that they come up. This is a must, otherwise the buns will not be fluffy. We bake for 25 - 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
