If you show your imagination and patience, you can decorate your buns and turn them into a real culinary masterpiece. Let's prepare buns "Rosettes" from yeast dough.

The first technique is sculpting figures from the dough itself, as well as using cuts. This is how bagels, pretzels or curls are made.

The second option is to use cakes and dough stacked on top of each other, which can be greased with cream or filling.

Buns made from yeast dough "Roses" can be prepared in various ways, independently forming the dough into a ball and giving it an original shape, as well as using tins for cooking.

You will need for the test:

- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;

- flour - 5 tbsp.;

- butter - 75 g;

- granulated sugar - 100 g;

- water - 100 ml;

- dry yeast - 2 tsp.

For decorating and filling buns:

- sugar - 3 tbsp. l.;

- chicken yolk - 1 pc.;

- butter - 30 g;

- sesame seeds - 2 tbsp.

At the first stage of cooking, take the yeast and dissolve in warm boiled water, then add 1 tablespoon of flour and granulated sugar to the dough, stir well and leave for about 30 minutes. After you see that there is foam, you can start kneading the dough.

It is best to do this in a glass or enamel deep bowl, into which you need to add sugar, pour in the dough, break chicken eggs and pour a thin stream of flour. After that, you need to add oil (it is best to use a mild one). You can also substitute margarine for butter.

Knead the dough with your hands, gradually adding flour. You should get a dense mass, then cover the dough with a towel and leave for about 2 hours. In order to find out that the dough has come up, you can check from time to time by pressing lightly with your finger: if the formed hole fills within 5-7 minutes, then the fermentation is not yet complete and it is too early to cook the buns. The dough should have a porous airy structure.

After 2 hours, knead the dough and leave for another 10 minutes. Divide your dough into 40 pieces and then roll each piece into a flat cake that is a few millimeters thick and about 10 cm in diameter.

Prepare the filling: melt the butter and combine with granulated sugar. Spread on the tortillas with this filling, then fold each tortilla in half to form a triangle and leave for about 10 minutes.

Take a muffin pan, brush with butter and place 2 cakes, folded in half, into each. Brush your buns on top with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Next, you need to send the "Rosette" buns to the oven preheated at 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.

After the specified time, the "Roses" buns on yeast dough will be ready and you can serve them for tea.
