Dissolve yeast in warm water. Put salt, sugar, melted margarine in the resulting mixture and stir until smooth. At this stage, you can add poppy seeds, vanilla sugar, sesame seeds, nuts, mustard oil, cinnamon, or other additives of your choice to the dough. Knead the stiff dough, gradually adding flour. Cover the dish with the lid and put it in a cool place for 15-20 minutes.

Lightly flour the table. Roll out the dough into a rope 1 cm thick. Cut it into 10-12 cm pieces. Shape drying. The thinner you roll out the dough, the crisper the finished baked goods will be.

Place the dryers on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven until delicious golden brown. If desired, brush with beaten egg before baking for a glossy finish.

Whisk eggs with salt and milk. Add flour and knead into a tough dough (like dumplings). On a floured table, separate the dough pieces and shape to dry.

Heat water to a simmer in a wide-bottomed saucepan. Season with salt or sweeten to taste. Dip the dryers in boiling water, one at a time. Stir the water so that the dryers do not stick to the bottom and sides of the pot. As soon as the water boils again and the dryers float up, remove them with a slotted spoon, dry them and place them on a greased baking sheet.

Dryers can be sprinkled with granulated sugar or salt before baking. Bake drying at 180 - 200 ° C until tender. When preparing dryers, you can use baking paper.
