A delicious cake without baking is not a dream at all, but a reality. A cookie cutter cake recipe will prove that you don't have to spend hours at the stove to make a great dessert.
- 600 grams of cookies (better with the taste of baked milk or butter)
- two handfuls of peanuts
- bar of milk chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of candied fruits
For the cream:
- a pack of butter
- 350-400 grams of boiled condensed milk
Preparation:
1. Cut the cookies into strips (you can break them into pieces).
2. Fry peanuts, cool, then peel and chop. You can grind it like this: wrap it in parchment and roll it out with a rolling pin, or crush it with a hammer.
3. Mix peanuts, cookies and candied fruits.
4. Prepare the cream: beat the melted butter, then add boiled condensed milk to it and mix well.
5. Mix the cookies and peanuts with the cream.
6. The resulting mass must be laid out on a suitable dish, forming a slide.
7. Melt the chocolate and pour over the cake. You can also decorate the cake with marmalade, nuts, or candied fruits.
8. Put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to freeze a little.
The cake tastes a bit like "Anthill", but it is incomparably easier to prepare. Such a simple recipe should be in the piggy bank of every housewife.
