Despite the fact that the smoothie does not leave a feeling of heaviness in the stomach, it perfectly satisfies the feeling of hunger for a long time. A vegetable smoothie can be used as a substitute for a light meal, while a fruit smoothie is best consumed for breakfast, as fruit contains the sugars the body needs for energy. To make this breakfast even more complete, you can add some oatmeal, milk or natural yogurt to your smoothie.

This drink saturates the body with a large amount of vitamins, essential trace elements and biologically active substances. If you drink at least one glass of smoothie made from a mixture of different fruits and vegetables every day, you can strengthen the immune system, improve the condition of the skin, nails and hair. The smoothie also retains all the dietary fiber of its constituent products, so it also has a beneficial effect on the condition of the intestines and helps to improve digestion.

Morning nutritious smoothie

The following foods are great for making breakfast smoothies:

- 100 g fresh or frozen raspberries;

- 1 banana;

- 2-3 kiwi;

- a handful of hazelnuts or almonds;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of natural honey.

Grind the nuts in a blender until finely crumbled. Add washed raspberries, peeled and diced banana and kiwi. Beat everything until fluffy, then add a spoonful of honey and beat well again. Transfer to a tall glass and serve with a thick straw.

Avocado Coconut Milk Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 150 ml of canned coconut milk;

- soft avocado;

- 2 tbsp. spoons of condensed milk;

- a pinch of vanilla;

- ice.

Cut the avocado lengthwise into two halves, remove the pit. Then remove the pulp with a teaspoon and place it in a blender. Add coconut milk, condensed milk, vanilla and about a handful of ice. Whisk all the ingredients well, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.

Berry smoothie with oat flakes

This drink is perfect as a hearty and nutritious breakfast. To prepare it you need:

- a handful of strawberries;

- a handful of raspberries;

- a handful of blueberries or blueberries;

- 200 ml of natural yogurt;

- 2 tbsp. spoons of oatmeal;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey or sugar.

First, grind the oatmeal a little in a blender, then add the pre-washed berries, honey and natural yogurt. Add some crushed ice if desired. Whisk everything well until foamy, pour into a glass and serve as breakfast.
