Melt the margarine, pour it into a bowl, add the egg, vanilla, sugar, salt and sunflower oil, stir everything thoroughly, pour the mixture into the dough, add the sifted flour, knead the dough.

Knead for 2 minutes until it becomes smooth, then transfer to a saucepan greased with sunflower oil, cover and put in a warm place for an hour.

When the dough comes up, sprinkle the table with flour, divide it into 14 balls with your hands dipped in sunflower oil.

Grease a baking sheet with butter.

Roll out each ball and put a little filling in the center (berry, nut, jam, etc., whatever you want).

Pinch the edges of the ball thoroughly, sprinkle with flour. Give the bun a round shape, place the balls in the pan at a small distance from each other with the seams down.
