It is necessary

- - 75 g of hard cheese;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - vegetable oil for frying;

Instructions
Step 1
Rub the cheese on a fine grater. We do the same procedure with garlic. Mix cottage cheese with cheese and garlic, add spices to taste.
Step 2
Cut the fillet slightly so that it can be expanded. We beat off to get thin layers. Salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We spread the filling on each layer and fasten it with toothpicks. Heat a small amount of refined oil in a frying pan and put the rolls there.
Step 4
