Step 1

Prepare jelly according to the recipe on the package. Pour it into shapes, 1/4 full. Refrigerate until solid.

Don't waste your time - cook panna cotta for now. Put the gelatin in a bowl, cover with cold water (4 tablespoons). Let it swell - five minutes will be enough.

Step 3

Put chocolate and heavy cream in a small saucepan, add sugar. Place on stove, stir until chocolate is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Pour the mixture over the gelatin, stir well. Pour the mixture into jelly tins. Put it back in the refrigerator, let it freeze (wait three hours).

Panna cotta is ready. To remove the dessert from the molds, dip each mold in a bowl of hot water for a couple of seconds. The dessert will melt along the edges and it will not be difficult for you to get it by simply knocking it over on a plate.
