To prepare a grapefruit salad with chicken fillet according to a very successful recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts;
- 1 grapefruit;
- half a fork of Chinese cabbage;
- half an onion;

- some olive oil;
- 1 tsp mustard;
- 1 tsp honey;
- juice of half a lemon.
