Salmon is a storehouse of useful substances for the body, moreover, this fish is distinguished by its exquisite taste, which makes it a favorite of cooks. You can cook many dishes from salmon, for example, cutlets with Asian flavors.
It is necessary
- - 450-500 g salmon fillet;
- - 1 protein;
- - 3 tablespoons of rice flour;
- - 2 leaves of kaffir lime (or zest of one lime);
- - a spoonful of chopped ginger root;
- - a teaspoon of wasabi;
- - 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley;
- - juice of two limes;
- - 2 tablespoons of cane sugar;
- - 60 ml of soy sauce;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the salmon into small pieces. In a bowl, lightly beat the protein and add the salmon, rice flour, chopped kaffir lime (or lime zest), ginger, wasabi and chopped parsley. Knead a homogeneous minced meat.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce and cane sugar. We put it aside.
Step 3
We form small cutlets from minced meat.
Step 4
Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a frying pan, fry the salmon cutlets for literally one minute on each side.
Step 5
Serve the finished dish immediately with lime juice, cane sugar and soy sauce.
