Chicken legs baked with mascarpone cheese and cherry tomatoes is a simple and tasty and unusual dish at the same time. Fresh herbs and wine give the dish a unique aroma, and tender cheese makes white meat much softer.
It is necessary
- - pepper, salt;
- - butter;
- - a handful of fresh herbs (rosemary, basil, oregano);
- - white wine - 50 ml;
- - cherry tomatoes - 20 pcs;
- - lime - 1 pc;
- - mascarpone cheese - 250 g;
- - chicken legs - 4 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix mascarpone cheese with pre-chopped herbs. Then add pepper, salt and lime juice.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken legs well in running water. Use your fingers to make pockets between the skin and the meat - some of the cheese will be poured into them. Lubricate the outside of the legs with oil, rub with pepper and salt. Leave them on for 15 minutes to soak in the marinade.
Step 3
Combine cherry tomatoes with pepper, salt and olive oil. Preheat oven to 180oC, grease a baking sheet with olive oil and place chicken legs on top.
Step 4
Pour the white wine over the legs, place the cherry tomatoes next to it. Next, send the baking sheet to the oven for half an hour. When the cooking time comes to an end, take out the dish, cool it slightly and serve.
