Combine ingredients such as yeast and granulated sugar. Pour this mixture with warm milk and set aside until it forms a foam like a cap.

Into the previously sifted flour, add the yeast mass, that is, the dough, as well as salt, one egg and olive oil. Stir properly. Put the finished dough in the heat for about an hour.

After an hour, cut the dough into 10 equal parts. Roll one of them with a rolling pin in an oval shape. Make cuts on the formed layer, stepping back from the edge of half a centimeter. Lubricate it with pre-softened butter. Grind the cheese with a grater and put on the dough. Fold the layer diagonally. Wrap the resulting roll, as if in a spiral. Make the rest of the buns in the same way.

Let the dough spirals stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. After the time has elapsed, grease them with a pre-beaten chicken egg in a separate bowl and garnish with sesame seeds.
