Zucchini "Hemp" baked with minced meat is a tasty and nutritious dish made from young zucchini, vegetables, fried minced meat, with the addition of sour cream. Zucchini can be replaced with eggplant.
It is necessary
- - 700 grams of zucchini;
- - 1 tbsp. tomato paste;
- - 100 grams of onions;
- - 200 grams of minced meat;
- - 100 grams of carrots;
- - 6 tbsp. sour cream;
- - pepper and salt;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and finely grate the carrots.
Step 2
Fry the onions in vegetable oil. Add the carrots and fry for a few more minutes.
Step 3
Add minced meat, stir everything and cook for about 15 minutes. In order for it to be evenly fried, the minced meat must be broken up well with a spatula.
Step 4
Peel the zucchini, cut each of them into four parts. Cut the pulp out of them without touching the bottom to make a glass. Add half of the finely chopped pulp to the minced meat.
Step 5
Add sour cream, tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, stir, simmer for a few more minutes.
Step 6
Place the cups on a baking sheet, each stuffed with minced meat. Lubricate with sour cream on top.
Step 7
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30 to 50 minutes, if desired.
