  • - 200 ml of milk,
  • - 1 egg,
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of salt,
  • - 100 grams of cottage cheese,
  • - 150 grams of hard cheese,
  • - 20 grams of butter,
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of soda,
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of food vinegar.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the egg with a whisk or fork. Pour 200 ml (1 cup) of warm milk into the beaten egg. Add flour to the mixture little by little, stir well so that no lumps are present. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add to the dough, stir.

Step 2

Mash 100 grams of cottage cheese (any fat content) with salt (0.5 teaspoon). Coarsely grate 150 grams of any cheese.

Step 3

Add grated cottage cheese and grated cheese to a bowl to the dough, stir well. The resulting dough should resemble thick sour cream in consistency.

Melt the butter in a skillet (preferably cast iron or thick-bottomed). Leave a little oil to lubricate the finished cake.
