Kish are French pies that are made from both shortbread and puff pastry. This dish can be an ideal breakfast, snack, as well as a bright addition to dinner. It takes only 30 minutes to prepare.

- - 3 eggs
- - 500 g of shortcrust or puff pastry
- - 300 ml of milk
- - 30 g wheat flour
- - 30 g butter
- - 200 g broccoli
- - 2 tsp mustard
- - 4 medium tomatoes
- - 200 g of hard cheese

Step 1
In a baking dish, previously sprinkled with flour, line the dough in an even layer. The pie blank must be baked in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine milk and flour. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat for 3-4 minutes. While cooling, add a little mustard.
Step 3
Boil the broccoli in lightly salted water. Cabbage is cooked quickly, after 5-6 minutes it will be ready. The water must be drained completely, it is better to use gauze or toss in a colander.
Step 4
Place broccoli evenly on the baked dough. Top with chopped tomatoes and grated cheese. Pour over the prepared milk mixture and beaten eggs. To brighten the cake, garnish with thin rings of tomatoes and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
