With cholecystitis, you should refuse many food products, eat only boiled or steamed food. More specifically, with chronic inflammation of the gallbladder, you should adhere to a strict diet called "table number 5" for life and eat only lean soups (dairy, fruit, vegetarian), semi-viscous cereals in water or boiled in half with water, weak teas and diluted juices, pasta and pasta with approved foods, lean beef, fish, rabbit meat, skinless poultry, and low fat dairy products without additives. The consumption of oils (up to 30 grams per day), eggs, or rather yolks (up to two per day) should also be limited.

Violation of this diet often leads to a malfunction of the gallbladder (an exacerbation of the disease occurs), and the intestines cease to function normally, therefore, in order to avoid relapses, you should reconsider your eating habits and form new ones, taking into account the recommendations of the diet.

Is it possible to eat / drink yogurt with inflammation of the gallbladder

As already mentioned, dairy products can be used for cholecystitis, but only fat-free (2% and below) and without various flavor enhancers and dyes.

Currently, many yoghurts suitable for these parameters can be found on store shelves, but often these products are expensive. To save a budget, you can make yoghurts yourself at home, if necessary, using skim milk and a special sourdough for cooking.
