It is necessary

  • - 200 g tomato paste;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 0, 5 tbsp. rice;
  • - 800 g of beef on the bone;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - spices to taste;
  • - 1/2 tsp spicy adjika;
  • - 100 g of walnuts.

Instructions

Step 1

Put water in a saucepan and cook the meat. Cook the beef over moderate heat for at least an hour. If foam has formed, remove it with a slotted spoon. Season the broth with salt. Cool the finished meat and cut into small cubes. Place the meat in the broth again.

Step 2

Fry finely chopped onion over low heat. Bring it to a transparent color, stirring constantly.

Add tomato paste to the pan (well, or you can replace with mashed tomatoes) and chopped garlic. Do not forget to put adjika and spices in the pan. Mix everything well. Fry the dressing for a few more minutes and remove from heat.

Step 4

Rinse the rice and remove excess moisture with a colander. Then toss it into the broth. Cook the rice for at least 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, add the finished dressing. Cook the soup for a few more minutes, then add the chopped nuts.
