Then add flour. This dough will take three glasses of flour for sure, add the rest of the flour a little.

Step 2

We take the dough and make a sausage, cut it into several pieces and roll it out. Put the filling and close. Fillings can be different: meat, vegetable, sweet.

Step 3

Next, put the pies on a baking sheet. Lubricate with a beaten egg (1 egg and 1 tsp water). And we send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
