For 3 servings of Panna Cotta you need:

  • Cream 20-25% fat 0.5 l;
  • Granulated sugar 100-150 g;
  • Gelatin 20 g;
  • Water 100 ml;
  • Vanilla 1 stick;
  • Berries of raspberries, strawberries, red and black currants 250 g.

Cooking steps:

  1. Gelatin is poured with cool boiled water and left for the time recommended on the package.
  2. The berries are placed in a colander and washed under running water, allowing the water to drain.
  3. Cream is poured into a saucepan, sugar is poured and a vanilla stick is placed, which will give the dessert an enchanting aroma.
  4. Heat a saucepan with cream over low heat until all the sugar is dissolved. The mixture is not brought to a boil. Remove the vanilla stick.
  5. Dissolve the gelatin over low heat, bring to a boil and remove the rhinestone from the heat.
  6. Pour gelatin into the cooled creamy mass, mix well with a mixer or blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
