It is necessary

  • - 250 ml of fresh milk;
  • - 250 ml of low-fat cream;
  • - 100 g vanilla sugar;
  • - 20 g of gelatin;
  • - 100 g blueberries;
  • - 100 g of fresh raspberries.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a large, preferably wide saucepan, pour the cream and milk into it, stir a little. Place on the stove. Heat, but do not boil, stir constantly with a wooden spatula so as not to burn. When the mixture starts to boil, add sugar to it in small portions and stir. Wait until the sugar is completely dissolved, remove and cool slightly. Transfer to a cup and whisk with a hand mixer or blender.

Step 2

Pour gelatin into a glass, fill it halfway with cold water and stir a little. Leave it on for twenty minutes to allow the gelatin to swell. Then pour it into the milk mass and stir. Divide the mass into two equal parts.

Step 3

Rinse raspberries and blueberries a little, dry and beat in a blender with a little water, each berry separately. Transfer to small cups. Add some vanilla sugar to a cup of raspberries and stir to dissolve completely. Let the raspberry sauce stand in the refrigerator for one hour.

Step 4

Divide the gelatin into two parts. In one cup, mix part of the milk, gelatin and blueberries, in the other just milk and gelatin. Mix everything separately and let it thicken. Pour in layers into cups or tins and drizzle with raspberry sauce. Serve completely chilled.
