A wonderful dish for true gourmets and connoisseurs of everything Italian. Smell Rome and Florence, all thanks to this dish. Its main advantage is that it can be consumed both hot and cold.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of Italian pasta;
- - 400 g of chicken liver;
- - half a large onion;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - half a red sweet bell pepper;
- - 3 tbsp soy sauce;
- - parsley greens;
- - spices and salt according to your taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta as it says on the pack. Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes, fry it all in a large frying pan over medium heat for no more than 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Add finely chopped chicken livers. After a few minutes, when the liver is almost ready, add sweet bell peppers, cut into small cubes, into the pan. Cover with a skillet lid and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Add the pasta you boiled, season with soy sauce and parsley, add spices and salt to your taste. Everything needs to be mixed gently.
Step 4
Simmer for a few more minutes and your meal will be ready. And then you can enjoy the Italian spirit from the comfort of your home.
