The hot summer months expose the human body to real stress - it loses twice as much moisture per day than usual! Lack of fluid is fraught with thirst, which can literally bring to a fainting state. There are many ways to fight thirst, you just need to decide which one is right for your body and will help avoid health problems.

Instructions

Step 1

Drink water! The easiest and, at the same time, the most effective way to fight thirst is to drink plain water, which can very quickly restore the reserves of moisture that has left the body. With sweat, in addition to fluid, a large amount of salts are also excreted from the body. Therefore, mineral water will become a real salvation for you. You need to choose and use it wisely. Look carefully at the indication of the source by which you can determine the natural origin of the water. For Russia, the main suppliers of truly mineral water are the regions of the North Caucasus. Please note that without restrictions you can use water marked "dining room", in other cases, the amount of active ingredients contained is too large and can affect the body not only positively, but also negatively.

Step 2

Drink tea. It is tea that is able to quickly and effectively quench thirst, restoring the body's water balance. Black tea also has a tonic effect due to caffeine, and green tea also protects you from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation (only 4 cups a day and the result of its effects is already noticeable). The content of vitamins in real green tea has a positive effect on blood vessels; when consumed warm, it lowers body temperature by one degree. Add a slice of lemon to your tea for a refreshing effect.

Don't try to turn hot tea into cold tea by adding ice to it - this will only impair its taste. Prepare iced tea in the following way: brew it twice as strong as you used to drink. Add sugar and lemon to taste. Fill the glass halfway with it, and fill the rest of the volume with ice cubes. This drink will refresh, cool and, most importantly, quench your thirst for a long time.

Step 3

Refer to fermented milk products. Kefir, fermented baked milk, yoghurts contain organic acids, which will not only help to cope with thirst, but also restore the normal composition of the intestinal microflora. Choose fermented milk products with a low fat content, you should also refuse milk as a thirst quencher - in the heat it is difficult for the body to absorb.

Step 4

Eat fruits and vegetables. They will help the body get water in the most natural way, and they will also energize you with vitamins. Fruits and vegetables are great food options during peak heatwaves, when the body has a hard time coping with any food. Remember that the human body is able to independently replenish water reserves, the main thing is to eat right and choose healthy foods.
