Meatballs are a versatile dish that can be cooked very quickly with minced meat. As a side dish, you can use any vegetables - fresh or frozen.
It is necessary
- - 500 gr. minced pork and beef (50/50);
- - an egg;
- - a small onion;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - pepper and salt;
- - a bottle of beer (0.25 l);
- - 100 ml of milk;
- - slice of bread;
- - flour;
- - 200 gr. any vegetables (you can use frozen).
Instructions
Step 1
Put the minced meat in a bowl along with the egg, pepper, salt and chopped garlic.
Step 2
In a plate, soak a piece of bread in milk.
Step 3
As soon as the bread absorbs the milk, we transfer it to the minced meat.
Step 4
Thoroughly mix the minced meat with other ingredients, form the meatballs, roll them in flour.
Step 5
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in it.
Step 6
Simultaneously boil vegetables in boiling water until tender.
Step 7
Drain the water, add a very finely chopped onion to the vegetables and transfer the meatballs to the pan.
Step 8
Fill the meatballs with vegetables with beer and bring to a boil.
