And I would like to tell you about another very tasty pie, which, according to legend, was served in the Tsvetaev family. This light and delicate dessert is easy to prepare and you will definitely like it.

- - 1-1.5 cups flour
- - 300 grams of sour cream
- - 200 grams of sugar
- - 150 grams of butter
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder
- - 1 egg
- - 3-4 sour apples

Step 1
Sift flour and mix with baking powder. Gently mix 100 grams of sour cream and melted or simply softened butter into the flour. Knead a soft dough, roll into a ball and refrigerate in a bowl for half an hour.

While the dough is in the refrigerator, add the filling. Cut apples into thin slices, remove seeds. You do not need to cut off the peel. It is better to choose apples of sour varieties, for example, Antonovka.

For the filling, whisk an egg, 200 grams of sugar, 200 grams of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of flour with a whisk. The sugar must dissolve completely.
Step 4
Place the dough in a greased baking dish. The sides of the cake should be high. Place the sliced apples on the dough. Fill the top with the egg and sour cream filling completely.
Step 5
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for an hour. The filling should not completely solidify during baking. It will become denser after the cake has cooled.
