Pineapple has long been included in the culinary use of Russians, but it occupies a special place in salads. Pineapple salads are usually made for holidays and celebrations, because they are very unusual, tasty and interesting. Pineapple and cheese salad is no exception.
It is necessary
- -350 g of hard cheese (for example, Russian or Dutch)
- -3 eggs
- -100 g fresh pineapple
- -1 bunch of parsley
- -mayonnaise
- -3 cloves of garlic
- -lemon juice
- -salt
- -pepper
- -other spices to taste
- -butter
Instructions
Step 1
Place the eggs in a pot of water, bring the water to a boil, and cook the eggs for 5-7 minutes. Dip boiled eggs under cold water, cool, peel and chop finely. Remove the cheese from the packaging, rub on a medium grater and set aside for a while.
Step 2
Rinse the parsley in cold running water, peel the garlic. Sort the greens, cut off thick stems from it and chop finely. Pass the garlic through a garlic press or simply chop finely. Combine mayonnaise, parsley, garlic and lemon juice in a small container, mix well.
Step 3
Peel the pineapple, cut into cubes, place in a deep plate and wait 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, drain the pineapple juice.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients, refrigerate for several hours, then serve, garnish with herbs. Pineapple and egg salad is ready, bon appetit!
