Instructions
Step 1
Cabbage soup is usually made from beef. To do this, take a fresh piece of beef on the bone. Rinse the meat well and put it in a cooking pot. When boiling, remove the resulting foam. Cook over low heat for 1, 5-2 hours. During this time, the meat will become soft and easily separate from the bone.
Step 2
While the meat is being cooked, you can cook the frying. To do this, peel the carrots and onions. Finely chop the onion and coarsely grate the carrots. Put in a preheated pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Finely chop the red bell pepper and also send to the pan with onions and carrots. Fry until golden brown. At the end of frying, add a tablespoon of tomato paste. Overcook a little more.
Step 3
Peel and wash potatoes. Cut half into cubes and cook the rest of the whole in a saucepan.
Step 4
Peel the cabbage from the top sheets. Take a chopping board, a sharp knife and chop the cabbage. Place in a separate bowl.
Step 5
Remove the cooked meat from the broth, separate from the bone and cut into small portions. Send back to the pot. Put the chopped potatoes there.
Step 6
10 minutes after boiling, send chopped cabbage and beans to the pan. Leave to simmer.
Step 7
When all the ingredients are cooked, take out the whole potatoes and mash with a fork or crush. Put back in the pan, send the cooked fry there. Season with salt and pepper, add 2 bay leaves. Boil for another 5-10 minutes over low heat.
Step 8
Our aromatic and most delicious cabbage soup is ready to serve in a deep cup. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs on top and put a spoonful of fresh sour cream. Serve finely chopped garlic in a separate cup.
